Thanks to Jims enthusiasm I have been on a pictorial tour of London. I have seen floods, picnics, markets, old vehicles, and some beautiful gardens. Thank you Jim Jean Gilmore

Anne's Place is a cafe in Northfields Avenue and it serves all day breakfasts I believe. Gerry goes to a competitor called Nell's(?) just up the road.

Where is this "Anne's Place"? That breakfast looks absolutely scrumptious.I felt my cholesterol level jump just looking at that picture....

Jim you are going to get in trouble if it really doesn't look like this at Anne's place.... Cute where you got it from though. And I really don't believe you that this is your front garden!

OK Jim, we have seen your gorgeous garden; actually you never said it was the back garden, can you now show us your front garden?

Finally, got rid of that z in the front... Now, does it work???
Looks like the url was corrupted, had a z in front of http but I couldn't fix it. You know what they say, stuff happens!!!!

Furzedown is a Yahoo group which are easily found but is a very boring site where all the people imagine they are living in a village. As I used to live there I know different. Thanks Jim for saving me all that typing. Tooting is much more live wire. We have actually managed "to get things done " and some of us have actually met up for that sole purpose

It is as easy as Jim said. Download Google Earth and you'll have a wonderful trip!! Be patient, it is confusing at first but the "Help" is good. Come visit Portland, Oregon, USA!!!!

Glad you liked the trip around parts of London..I must say I can't leave my camers or this keyboard alone. It must be the joy of the freedom we have..to roam around cyberspace. Would you believe Jean..Hugh and I have met in Cyberspace on the Chiswick Forum..and we found out that we were in adjoining roads in Chiswick in the early 40's..We might even have been to the same street parties after the war!As Hugh says..if in Google Search you type in "GOOGLE EARTH"and download the free service ..you will find yourself staying up half the night touring the world!
