Political satirist Andy Zaltzman is appearing at New Wimbledon Theatre on Wednesday (December 3) and we've got a pair of tickets to give away!

He is half of the global smash hit topical podcast The Bugle (the weekly comedy show hosted alongside John Oliver has gained international following since its launch date in 2007, and now receives over 750,000 downloads per episode).

He is fresh from performing Satirist For Hire at Edinburgh Festival and is currently on a UK tour with the show. Each performance brings a unique twist as Andy is inviting members of the public who are exasperated by economics, piqued by politics, or wound up about the world to email their satiricoquery to, including the date they’ll be attending, plus details of their gripe (political/social/miscellaneous).

During each show he then proceed to butter up their hot potatoes and serve it directly back into their faces. "Political comedy at its best": Sunday Times.

Andy has previously co-written and starred in the BBC Radio 4 shows The Department and Political Animal (based on their live political stand-up show).

He has also written and starred in his own Radio 4 series, Andy Zaltzman’s History Of The Third Millennium (Series 1 of 100), and conceived and hosted Yes! It’s The Ashes for BBC Radio 5Live. He has been a regular panelist on 5Live’s 7 Day Sunday (and 7 Day Saturday) since its inception in 2010.
