Energy Saving Help For Residents

As council teams up with Coldbusters to offer free improvements

Many residents who privately rent or own their homes can take advantage of free home improvements that are designed to save them money on energy bills and make their property warmer.

Wandsworth Council has teamed up with Coldbusters to offer eligible residents energy saving improvements such as replacement boilers and various types of home insulation – all free of charge.

Energy advisers are available to give out practical no obligation advice on how to reduce energy use and explain which energy saving improvements are suitable for a particular home.

The offer is open to residents in receipt of one of many qualifying benefits, pensioners with a state pension as their sole income and people under 26 years old who are head of their household with school age children.

To find out more about the energy saving improvements, to see if you are eligible, or to book a free no obligation home energy visit, call the Coldbuster team today on 0800 358 6668 quoting reference Wandsworth_Grants. Lines are open Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm.

Funding is limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Private tenants should obviously liaise with their landlord should they want to pursue a home improvement offer.
