jetting off after winning the Inner City Entrepreneurs Competition.
The young business tycoons will be representing London at the 2007 Growing Up CEO International Event which runs in the US city from May 1-4.
To qualify, the students set up their own business which they called 'Bratz R Us.' It operates as an after-school club within John Paul II and selected local primary schools.
The club offers students the opportunity to develop their skills in the arts with sessions on music, dance, arts & crafts, mind games and many other activities. Each session attracts a 50p charge.
The competition attracted 150 entries with John Paul II's team of year 10 students overcoming challenges from schools in six boroughs - including three sixth form teams.
The students claimed the winner's trophy, a £250 cheque and the right to represent Central London in the Boston event.
The London competition is run by Young Enterprise and is supported by the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry with sponsorship from Merrill Lynch.
