Highlighting autumn's rich produce at Enoteca Turi
Enoteca Turi continues to highlight autumn's most cherished produce now reaching its best: chestnuts, game and black truffle as well as other seasonal ingredients such as Jerusalem artichoke, cavolo nero, quince and sharon fruit.
A fortnight is dedicated to these ingredients with a special menu of classic regional recipes - this will run from 19th to 31st October.
Game is sourced from the Rhug Organic Estate in Wales, where the environment is healthy and sustainable. Game featuring on the menu during the fortnight will include: pheasant, mallard, partridge and venison.

Roast breast of pheasant, spelt wheat with leg ragout, puree of cavolo nero

Trentino-style apple strudel with quince compote and vanilla ice cream
Crumbled almond cake with yoghurt and lime sauce, dark grape jelly
