Celebrate Summer & The Cornish Lobster Season

At Enoteca Turi on Putney High Street

Whilst London enjoys an unseasonally warm summer, Pam & Giuseppe welcome residents to enjoy lovely summer dishes in their cool, air-conditioned restaurant, plus the added bonus of tasting Cornish lobster without getting stuck in traffic jams on the A303 and beyond!

Following the success of last year, from July to mid August, when the season ends, every Friday and Saturday evening, Enoteca Turi will be serving their classic Italian dish of spaghetti and half a lobster, sourced in Cornwall from the local fishermen; its taste and tenderness are outstanding. Be sure to reserve "lobster" when booking to avoid disappointment.

For the summer menu, Giuseppe and Head Chef Baldo have taken inspiration mainly from Southern Italy, which is full of bold Mediterranean flavours at this time of year.

Sourcing some wonderful ingredients from Italy: buffalo mozzarella and scamorza from Campania, as well as vegetables such as purple aubergine, peppers, courgette flowers, plum and cherry tomatoes from Sicily, there is also local samphire from Devon and potatoes from Carrolls Potatoes in Northumberland. Daily delivered fresh fish includes crab and turbot, and of course lobster and the Rhug Estate Organic Farm in Wales has the most subtle favoured and tender new season lamb.
