As the 85th International Alba White Truffle Fair is drawing to a close (10th Oct - 15th Nov), Enoteca Turi Restaurant in Putney commences a fortnight given over to this delicacy, now at its best.

Word hot off the press is that this year’s white truffles are of excellent quality, with prices stable at around £2500 per kilo, slightly down on last year’s £3000-£3500.
Their talented new Head Chef, Michele Blasi is in his element, and has enjoyed putting together a special menu, purposely designed to compliment this delicacy.
