Thames 21Waterways in Photos

Competition Shortlist available to view

Thames21's annual Photography Competition's best images of London's waterways are now on display alongside Ansel Adams: Photography from the Mountains to the Sea at the National Maritime Museum.

London photographer Agnese Sanvito took the title of the competition, with her image of the Thames (pictured), while second prize winner was named as Ray Wise, and the under-18s winner as David O’Brian, judged by leading landscape photographer Charlie Waite. Short-listed images are on display at the National Maritime Museum until April 28, following which they will move to Millers House Cafe in Bromley by Bow. They can also be viewed on Flickr.

This year, Thames21 are teaming up with the National Maritime Museum and The Crown Estate to offer a series of fun, photography related events to accompany the competition, including a new 'Story Walk' this Saturday and a creative clean-up on Monday.
