Put Your Best Foot Forward

At Trinity Hospice's Magnolia Walk - date changed

Local charity Trinity Hospice is asking supporters to put their best foot forward on Sunday 3 May (please note new date) for its annual Magnolia Walk in support of Trinity’s nurses and their vital work.

The sponsored walk starts at Trinity Hospice and takes in a scenic route around Clapham and Battersea before heading back to Trinity for a well-deserved BBQ in its beautiful gardens. The walk is open to all ages and abilities, and walkers can choose between a 2, 5 or 10 mile walk. Registration costs £10 for adults, £5 for under 16’s and is free for children under 5. Dogs are also welcome for a fee of £2.

Last year’s Magnolia Walk raised an amazing £44,000 for Trinity – enough to fund a Trinity nurse for nearly a whole year! Anyone that raises over £150 in sponsorship will be entered into a special prize draw to win a pair of tickets to Trinity’s sell-out Summer Cinema Series in August.

As a charity, Trinity relies on donations to continue providing expert care to over 1,500 terminally ill Londoners and their families each year, completely free of charge. All the funds raised by the Magnolia Walk will help to fund a Trinity nurse, who provides specialist end of life care to patients at Trinity’s Inpatient Centre in Clapham.
