Beware conmen looking for access to boiler rooms
Residential blocks of flat are being targeted by burglars in the Wandsworth High Street area.
Two men claiming to be workmen have gained access to boiler rooms, and once inside the individual boiler rooms of the flats they then knocked a hole in the wall through to the adjoining flat’s bathroom, and got inside to steal various items of property.
The first burglary was on Tuesday 7th December at 2:30pm and the second was on Thursday 9th December at 6:30pm.
The suspects are described as two young white males.
