Man missing from Wandsworth

Norman
Gale, a 40 year old black man, has been missing since 10:00, 3 DECEMBER
2004. He was last seen in Wandsworth. He lives in a care home.
Mr Gale is a black male, 5'5", stocky build, and was last seen wearing
a khaki jacket, red shirt and blue jeans. He may be staying in bed and
breakfast accommodation in South London.
He has not gone missing before.
