Drugs Investigation At Southfields Tube


Three arrests made in major police operation

Police recently carried out a drugs investigation at Southfields tube station, following reports of an increase in drug activity in the area.

The operation was organised out by the Southfields Safer Neighbourhoods Team and involved the dog support unit as well as British Transport Police, revenue officers and the Safer Neighbourhoods Teams from Fairfield and West Hill.

It resulted in three arrests being made, two cannabis warnings being given out and 13 stop searches being conducted.
