Entrepreneurs are invited to find out how they can be crowned Wandsworth’s Best Business at a special event on Thursday May 15th. The second annual Wandsworth Business Awards, in association with The Tax Guys, are being launched at the Roehampton Club from 6pm to 8pm.
Wandsworth Chamber of Commerce is organising the awards following the success of last year’s inaugural event, when Business Launchpad was crowned Business of the Year.
Now, the Chamber is preparing to launch the awards again and Steve Pinto, chairman of Wandsworth Chamber of Commerce, and Jonathan Amponsah from The Tax Guys, are looking forward to welcoming businesses to the official launch.
Guests will be able to enjoy a glass of wine and canapés while networking with other local businesses.
As well as The Tax Guys and the Roehampton Club, the awards are being backed by a number of Wandsworth businesses including Wandsworth Council, GreenZone, South Thames College and Southside Wandsworth.
Neil Churchill, general manager of Southside Wandsworth, said: “The team at Southside is delighted to be involved in such an important programme that rewards the outstanding work being done by the business community in this thriving London borough.
