Man Who Dumped Drugs In Southfields Street Is Sentenced


Nathan Dawkins of Wimbledon pleaded guilty

Nathan Dawkins, aged 26 of Whitlock Drive, SW19 has pleaded guilty to the supply of crack cocaine and heroin and possession of criminal property at Kingston Crown Court, following an investigation by Wandsworth CID.

On Friday 15th April 2011 police officers stopped a vehicle on Standen Road SW18. Dawkins, the passenger, ran away from the police officers and was seen to drop bags containing 193 wraps, later identified as heroin and crack, along the route.

He was detained by police a short distance away.

A search of his home address revealed drugs paraphernalia and several hundred pounds in cash which was seized by police.

Dawkins was sentenced to 3 years and 9 months on 8th November.

Cash seized from Dawkins during this investigation was also forfeited
