Police had been searching for Christian Pozzi

Police who were searching for a missing 38-year-old man from London have found a body.

Officers were appealing for the public’s help to find Christian Pozzi, who was last seen at 2pm on March 5th in the Clapham High Street area.

A body was found just before 10.00am on Friday morning (March 8th) in Battersea Park.

While formal identification has not yet taken place, officers are satisfied that the deceased is Christian Pozzi.

His next-of-kin have been informed.

The death is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the Coroner.
