Battersea Reach's Trafalgar House Reaches Completion


Marking final shared ownership offering from developer

This autumn Trafalgar House - the final block in Battersea Reach released in conjunction with London based developer Notting Hill Housing - has launched with 53 one and two bedroom Shared Ownership apartments. This final contribution from Notting Hill Housing marks several years of its presence at the waterside redevelopment.

When finally complete, Berkerly Group St George's Battersea Reach and its award winning formula for mixed tenure schemes will have provided over 1,000 residential apartments and over 282,256 sq. ft. of commercial accommodation.
