Chez Bruce Crowned London's Favourite Restaurant

Bagging title for the tenth year in a row

Harden's Restaurant Guide has again name Wandsworth Common's Chez Bruce as the capital's favourite restaurant.

Polling 6,000 people Harden's has revealed that the Bellevue Road eaterie is yet again Londoners' Favourite place to eat.

Chez Bruce was opened in 1995 by Bruce Poole and his business partner Nigel Platts-Martin. A Michelin star is among the many awards and accolades it has collected over years.
Food is modern French/Mediterranean, loosely based on classical and regional dishes. Head Chef is Matt Christmas who works closely with Bruce Poole.

Coming in at number two and three in the Harden's Top Ten were Covent Garden's J Sheekey and Clos Maggiore, while old favourites Le Caprice and The Wolseley ranked at numbers eight and nine.
