Witness Appeal After Stabbing Near The Blend Bar Wandsworth Town

The Male victim had attended a private party at The Blend Bar, Wandsworth, High Street, SW18 on Friday 20th November 2009. An altercation occurred inside the bar between the victim and an unknown male, however it was believed this was resolved.

The victim left the club at approximately 3am on Saturday and again a disagreement occurred between him and the male. A fight started and the victim was suddenly surrounded by 10 - 15 mainly black males.

He was viciously attacked and stabbed 5 times on the street near to the Blend Bar. He had been knocked to the ground but was picked up by friends who took him to a car parked nearby.

He realised he had been stabbed a few minutes later. He was taken to St Georges Hospital where he received an urgent life saving operation.

Whilst the victim was at the hospital on Saturday 21st November at approximately 4am, it is believed that 4 males, part of the group who attacked him, turned up at St Georges. They were chased off by his friends and left the scene at speed in a Silver BMW 3 Series with partial plate index 54.

The description of the suspect at present is a mixed race male, 18 years old, with an afro wearing a blue jacket. There is no description at present of any of the other suspects involved.
