Scooby Doo to bring Christmas cheer to Wandsworth Shopping Centre

Children's cartoon character, Scooby Doo, follows hot on the trail of cartoon rivals The Rugrats when he visits the Wandsworth Shopping Centre this weekend.

The crime fighting pooch, famous for his mega sandwiches will be making appearances at the shopping centre on Saturday December 21. He follows the footsteps of the mischievous Rugrats who thrilled the crowds of children and adults alike when they visited the Wandsworth Shopping Centre earlier this month.

Young fans have three chances to see their four legged idol, Scooby Doo, on the day, who will make special appearances in and around the centre at 11am, 12 noon and 2pm, for 40 minutes each time.

During the day special prize draws will take place and the winners have a range of Scooby Doo goodies to choose from.

During the run up to the last weekend before Christmas, (Monday, December 16 to Saturday, December 21) young people aged under 11 can take part in a special competition run by the Wandsworth Challenge Partnership.

Participants need to answer ten simple questions about Wandsworth Town Centre and submit their entry forms, which will be added to a free prize draw. Entry forms can be collected from the Wandsworth Challenge Partnership offices in the Wandsworth Shopping Centre.
