Thieves broke into shop on Old York Road in the early hours

Wandsworth police are appealing for witnesses after a high value Ducati motorbike was stolen from David Robinson Motorcycles on Old York Road in the early hours of this Tuesday morning (27 September).

At just after midnight, police were called to reports of the break-in. An emergency response teamed was sent immediately and discovered that the front of the shop had been smashed and a red Ducati worth around £11,000 had been taken.

Police believe that three individuals wearing dark clothing were involved and report that no arrests have been made.

Officers are now looking to recover the red Ducati H8 motorcycle, registration YD64 OUM, and request that anyone with information should contact Wandworth CID on 101 quoting reference number 0321896/16 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
