South Thames College and Wandsworth Council are consulting the local community over development plans on Garratt Lane and Wandsworth High Street.

There will be public consultation events on 10^th and 12^th July to exhibit plans for the redevelopment of a site on Garratt Lane and Wandsworth High Street, comprising the South Thames College Tower, 17-27 Garratt Lane and Welbeck House.

The proposed new scheme, a residential led mixed use development, would consist of four new buildings and a basement car park arranged around two new public streets, commercial units, and private landscaped courtyards.

The public exhibitions will take place on:

• Thursday 10^th July (5pm-8pm) - Theatre at South Thames College, Wandsworth Campus
• Saturday 12^th July (10am-1pm) - Theatre at South Thames College, Wandsworth Campus

 

Local residents are encouraged to go along and view the proposals, question the project team and provide feedback.
