Have Your Say On Garratt Lane Redevelopment

Public consultations run this week

South Thames College and Wandsworth Council are consulting the local community over development plans on Garratt Lane and Wandsworth High Street.

There will be public consultation events on 10th and 12th July to exhibit plans for the redevelopment of a site on Garratt Lane and Wandsworth High Street, comprising the South Thames College Tower, 17-27 Garratt Lane and Welbeck House.

The proposed new scheme, a residential led mixed use development, would consist of four new buildings and a basement car park arranged around two new public streets, commercial units, and private landscaped courtyards.

The public exhibitions will take place on:

  • Thursday 10th July (5pm-8pm) - Theatre at South Thames College, Wandsworth Campus
  • Saturday 12th July (10am-1pm) - Theatre at South Thames College, Wandsworth Campus

Local residents are encouraged to go along and view the proposals, question the project team and provide feedback.

Find out more about the development by visiting www.garrattlane-wandsworthconsultation.co.uk, where information will be made available from 10th July.
