Wandsworth Town Food Market

Fresh produce every Saturday from 10am-2pm

The newly launched Wandsworth Town Food Market is organised by Dan Marshall, a food and drinks photographer who thought Wandsworth Town needed its own bakery and grocer.  Dan, a Wandsworth local, noticed the archway at Bramford Gardens at the end of Old York Road was under used, so asked the Council if he could open a food market for the local residents.

The market now runs every Saturday from 10am - 2pm under the railway arch in Bramford Gardens SW18 1AP.  After first opening on the 15th November Dan reports that the market is going strong with a dedicated following. You can buy fruit & veg, meat, chicken, eggs, fish, pies, cheeses, hams and preserves, butter, milk and coffee and lots more from the UK and Europe, as well as hot ready-to-eat food such as jerk chicken, gourmet hot dogs and tasty burgers.

It's one minute's walk from Wandsworth Town Station.
