Victim Of Fatal Stabbing In Grayshott Road Is Named

A murder investigation has been launched in Wandworth after a 31-year-old woman was fatally stabbed yesterday (August 15th). A 40-year-old man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of murder.

While formal identification awaits, police say they are confident the deceased is Simonne Samantha Kerr, originally from Wembley.

Police were called on Wednesday 15 August at 12.38pm to a report of a stabbing at a residential address in Grayshott Road.

Officers attended along with the London Ambulance Service and London's Air Ambulance.

The Homicide and Major Crime Command have been informed and at this stage, police are not looking for anyone else in connection with this investigation.
