45-Year-Old Charged After Firearms Seizure

Two other men and a woman also arrested have been released under investigation

Police have charged a man after weapons were recovered at an address in Wandsworth by Trident officers during the early hours of Thursday 28 September working as part as Operation Viper.


One of the weapons seized

Forty five year old Arturas Golovcovas, of Thessaly Road, Wandsworth, has been charged with possession of a section 5 firearm, possession of an imitation firearm, possession of ammunition, and possession of cannabis. He was due to appear at Camberwell Green Magistrates' Court on Saturday 1 October.

A 41-year-old man, a 32-year-old man and a 33-year-old woman arrested on suspicion of possession of firearms have been released under investigation.
