Following reports of a fight breaking out
A 40-year-old man has died of his injuries after being stabbed yesterday afternoon (July 3rd) following reports of a fight in Latchmere Road.
Police officers and the London Ambulance Service attended the scene at about 2.45pm and found the man suffering from stab injuries. He was taken to hospital, where he died of his injuries at 7.40pm.
His next of kin are aware and a post-mortem examination will be carried out in due course.
Formal identification of the victim has yet to be made.
The Met are now working to establish the full circumstances of the killing and at this early stage there have been no arrests.
