The Leasehold Roadshow is for all flat owners
Flat owners struggling with leasehold issues in London can get free expert information and advice at The Leasehold Roadshow, which takes place in Battersea this week.
The free-to-attend event, at the Crowne Plaza London, Battersea on 25 February 2016 from 4pm to 7pm, will give flat owners an opportunity to discuss leasehold issues with legal, valuation and project management professionals from the niche property sector of enfranchisement.
Louie Burns, Managing Director of Leasehold Solutions who manage lease extensions and freehold purchases, said, “Leaseholders are often unaware of their legal rights and we see countless cases where flat owners get exploited by unscrupulous freeholders. The only way that leaseholders can defend themselves against these devious and underhand tactics is to equip themselves with vital knowledge about what exactly ‘leasehold ownership’ means.

The evening session at Battersea will feature a series of seminars and Q&A sessions delivered by specialists including Louie Burns, Managing Director at Leasehold Solutions, Mari Knowles, Managing Partner at Leasehold Law LLP, and representatives from Leasehold Valuers, headed by Steve Jones MRICS.
