British Bugs Everywhere


Friends of Battersea Park Lunchtime Lecture

On Monday 19th October the Friends host another Lunchtime Lecture titled ‘British Bugs Everywhere'. Dr Luke Tilley, PhD FRES, Director of Outreach and Development, The Royal Entomological Society will give this illustrated talk entitled.

The lecture will be held at  the Ethelburga Community Centre, 60 Worfield Street, Battersea SW11 4RA. (No steps!) Please visit Ethelburga Community Centre webiste for full information.

Doors open and lunch available from 12.15.
Lecture from 1.00 – 2.00 pm

Sandwiches, fruit, cakes etc can be pre-ordered and may be eaten whilst listening. Coffee, tea, juice, wine and lager will be available for a small donation.

The cost of attending is £6, with lunch available for an additional £5.

Get tickets online at www.batterseapark.org/lecture. Ticket(s)/luncheon voucher(s) can be collected on the day unless postage is added to the payment.

Alternatively send a cheque made payable to ‘Friends of Battersea Park’ with a stamped self-addressed envelope to FoBP, 11 Elm Quay Court, Nine Elms Lane, SW8 5DE.
