Open Letter To Wandsworth SW18 Residents

Dear Editor,

This week the campaign begins for the election of councillors who will run Wandsworth for the next four years. I would urge your readers to support their local Conservative candidates on 22nd May.

Local Conservatives have worked with the Conservative London Assembly team and the Mayor of London to control Council Tax tightly, to improve local transport links on the District and Northern Line tube and the Overground as well as river transport and bike hire, and to deliver more good quality housing for Wandsworth residents. It is due to the successful partnership between the GLA and Wandsworth Council that has helped move projects such as the regeneration of Nine Elms forward. Over the next four years it is so important to protect good quality local services and only the Conservatives both at the Town Hall here in Wandsworth and at City Hall can deliver.
