Free drop-in workshop at the Pump House Gallery
Battersea Park's Pump House Gallery is inviting adults to bring in those clothes that you’ve been meaning to update, mend and alter. From hemlines to up-cycled fashion garments, feel free to bring in your own garments, or be inpsired by the multitude of fabrics and materials available. Artist Inma Goodhew from The Old School Club will be on site and some of the projects they will be making include:
- Customising an existing piece of clothing (shirt, t-shirt, jacket, skirt, trousers) with appliqué, ribbons, lace and other embellishments.
- Upcycling an existing piece of clothing (shirt, t-shirt, jacket, skirt, trousers)
- Making accessories with recycled materials
