Warning Of Roadworks Disruption On One-Way System Next Week

Two traffic lanes will be cordoned off in Armoury Way

Drivers and bus passengers are being given advance warning of roadworks that will affect journeys through the Wandsworth one-way system next week.

Southern Gas Networks will be cordoning off two traffic lanes in Armoury Way from Saturday May 28 to Sunday June 5.

Although the works will be carried out during the school half term holiday when traffic on the roads is generally lighter they are still likely to cause significant delays to most road users, including bus passengers.

The project has been approved by Transport for London which is the highway authority for the one-way system.
