Offering residents free talking therapy services

Do you experience low mood or worry about things? Are you struggling with stress or anxiety? We all go through low points at times in our lives and it's not unusual to experience symptoms related to stress, worry and low mood.

Talk Wandsworth is a free NHS service offering talking therapy to help with common problems. Such issues can be triggered by lifestyle changes such as retirement, difficult relationships or work. Talk Wandsworth offer a variety of NICE recommended psychological treatments for Wandsworth residents over 18 who are registered with a Wandsworth GP and experiencing common mental health problems.

On May 2, from 10am – 6pm, Talk Wandsworth will be running a pop-up presentation at Putney Pantry, St Mary's Church, SW15 1SN. Experienced practitioners will be running a rolling programme of 15-minute group taster sessions as an introduction to their services. You could then sign up for a longer session.
