Trinity Hospice was overwhelmed by local generosity
In December Wandsworth residents were asked to donate seasonal decorations to the annual Access Self Storage Christmas appeal.
Mertons Road's Access Self Storage Wandsworth was so overwhelmed by the generosity of the local community and businesses who helped make last year’s Donate A Decoration Christmas appeal a huge success, that they now want to thank all those who gave.
Store Manager, John Mangan said: “We are so grateful to all those who made the effort to bring baubles, tinsel and the like, to the store. You have really helped make Christmas a little more festive for our beneficiaries at Trinity Hospice.”
A representative from Trinity Hospice said: “We were delighted to receive the many decoration donations from the local community as collected by Access Self Storage. It is only with the generosity of local businesses and the local community that we can continue our vital work.”
Trinity Hospice's skilled, compassionate end of life care helps patients, and their families and carers, to regain the confidence they need to live every moment. It cares for people in the central and southwest London community with many different types of illness. Some will have cancer while others will have long-term conditions such as heart failure, lung or neurological conditions.
