SunWalk London In Battersea Park This Saturday

Raising money and awareness for breast cancer

Thousands of women, men and children will be Power Walking either a half marathon, 10k or 5k course, starting and finishing in Battersea Park, to raise money and awareness for breast cancer this weekend. All walkers over the age of 13 will be wearing Walk the Walk’s trademark brightly decorated bras.

There will also be entertainment in the park all day, fitting in with this year’s “Tropical” theme for The SunWalk. There’ll be live reggae music from Levi Roots and Aswad, Salsa demonstrations and classes with Super Mario, and for the children, story telling, craft making and appearances throughout the day from Peppa Pig and George.

Walkers are still able to sign up and people are also very welcome to just come along and enjoy the entertainment in the park on the day!
