20 Storey Buckhold Road Development Gets Go Ahead

Workspace Group, which is currently developing The Filaments in Buckhold Road with residential property developer Mount Anvil, has now secured planning permission for a 20 storey residential tower.


The new development will be built next to The Filaments

The new scheme on Buckhold Road will feature retail, restaurant and business space as well as apartments in the 20 storey structure.

Workspace says it will also be creating new routes through to Wandsworth High Street as well as offering customers views over nearby King George's Park.

Work on the first phase of development - the new business centre - is due to start this December.
