The UK's leading rib and burger joint, Chicago Rib Shack, is thrilled to be launching a new Shack in South London as part of the increasingly popular Southside Shopping Centre, one of three new Chicago Rib Shack's due to open this year.

Southside is a great location – fusing the concepts of the modern street food market and placing local and global brands side by side, to create a unique shopping and dining destination. Chicago Rib Shack is the latest experience to land at Southside.

Guests will not need a reservation to enjoy world-class tender, thickly coated BBQ ribs, giant stacked burgers, soft pulled-pork and delicious cocktails. Along with our tasty meats including beef, chicken and lamb; Chicago Rib Shack prides itself on its excellent veggie and vegan options including our BBQ Pulled Jackfruit all of which is heading to Croydon!

And the chefs at Chicago Rib Shack HQ have been busy creating new dishes exclusive to Southside. Customers will get to sample the brand-new Big Mic Burger, a giant double beef burger - seasoned & smoked on the grill and served with some sweet potato fries. There's also a whole new menu honouring “loaded” fries and our very original Cheesecake-on-a-stick for dessert: chilled, dipped & topped your way!

Roger Payne, owner of the Chicago Rib Shack brand and Camden Dining Group, thinks the location of London's latest Chicago Rib Shack is an inspired choice.

The menu has a mesmerising mix of all-American greats including a selection of mouth-watering ribs, juicy burgers and mind-blowingly good chicken! All the ribs are smoked for hours over apple-wood, while the burgers are lovingly hand-minced.

Apart from the award-winning food, Chicago Rib Shack make sure that the drinks are also on point . The hard-shakes with a shot of bourbon bring any party to life, whilst the traditional floats and malts are hand-spun to order. Both are served alongside some dangerously classic American craft beers and classic cocktails and homemade Ice Teas and Lemonades. And our milkshakes are served straight out of the world's first milkshake bar tap!

Our interior design is just as delicious as the food and drink. Youthful neon adorns the walls overlooking intimate sharing booths whilst vintage style American posters and tongue in cheek messaging ensure an evening of fun, laughter and an ultimate meat-feast to remember!
