Revised Closures for Hammersmith Flyover

Road will be shut for final phase of work to strengthen the flyover

Transport for London (TfL) have announced the latest night time closures for the Hammersmith Flyover. The closure details for this weekend, Friday 17- Monday July 20, have been revised.

The scheduled closures of the flyover are:

Westbound from 22:30 on Friday 17th July until 22:30 on Saturday, and also from 09:30 until 18:00 on Sunday

In both directions from 22:30 on Saturday 18th until 09:30 on Sunday 19th July and also from 18:00 on Sunday until 05:00 on Monday 20th July.

Delayw are expected through Hammersmith with traffic diverted via the road network beneath the flyover or onto the a40 Western Avenue.

Drivers travelling between central London and the M4/heathrow are advised to use the A40.

There is a warning that buses may be delayed, diverted, or stop short of their final destination.
